OK, so this is kind of Japanese English.
It doesn't make sense --
he is multi.
But Taro wants to say that the new guy has a lot of different skills.
He can do this, this and this. He's "multi-skilled,"
maybe but we don't really say that in English.
So a natural way to say that is like this,
so I say: You know, Taro, the new guy, he has a lot of different skills. He's great.
And Taro says: Yes, he's a jack-of-all-trades.
Very natural! He's a jack-of-all-trades,
it just means there's... he can do many different things,
