Justin’s Introduction!

Hi everyone! Hika here. I got some great news.
I'm not in the studio today.

I'm at the Bizmates head office, as you can see.
But I have some great news...

We have a new person joining the
Bizmates Channel team

and today I'm just making a
casual video to introduce him.

OK, so let's call him. His name is Justin.

Hika: Justin!

Justin: Hello everybody. Nice to meet you.

Hika: So this is Justin. Let's find out a little bit about him, OK?

So, Justin, welcome to Bizmates Channel.

Justin: Thank you. I'm super excited to be here, Hika. Thank you.

Hika: So where are you from Justin?
Justin: Well, I happen to come from the same

country as you, Hika.

Hika: You're from Canada?
Justin: I am from Canada, yes.

Hika: OK, so... and Justin is your
nickname. Is it Justine or...

Justin: Well, "Justine" is actually a girl's name.

Hika: I'm sorry. OK, yes...
Justin: So it's Justin. That's J-U-S-T-I-N.

Hika: I see.
Justin: That's my first name.

Hika: And how long have you lived in Japan?

Justin: I've been in Japan for a long time, Hika.

Eight years, I think. It's a wonderful country.

It's, you know, my second home so I love it here.

Hika: Excellent. OK, and you know,

when I first came to Japan, about 20 years ago,

I used to go back to Canada at least once a year. Sometimes twice a year.

Are you able to go back every year?

Justin: Every year. I try to go back for Christmas.
It's the best time to go back...

good to see family and friends.
So you've been here for 20 years?

Hika: Yeah, about 20 years now.
Justin: 20 years? Wow that's amazing...

Hika: Yes.
Justin: So how old are you now?

Justin: Edit that.
Hika: Let's cut that out. Cut it out.

Hika: One more question, Justin.
Justin: Yes?

Hika: So what do you like about Japan?
Justin: What do I like about Japan?

Well, I think the people are very
friendly, it's really easy to live,

it's very convenient. Of course the food is
delicious. I'm starting to put on the pounds.

You can't see it. The suit's a little bit tight.
So, food, of course.

Justin: But the people are wonderful.
Hika: Good answer.

Justin: So that's why I've been able to
stay here for such a long time.

Hika: OK and Justin is going to be doing
