On cloud nine ってどういう意味？
On cloud nine は「とても嬉しい」「有頂天」といった意味になります。
語源は諸説ある中で、1895年に発行されたInternational Cloud Atlas （国際雲図帳）に記された10種類の雲のうち、9番目の積乱雲（入道雲とも）が最も巨大で、低空から非常に高い高度まで伸びる雲であったため、その上に乗っているような浮かれ具合を表す、という説があります。

the expression: "on cloud nine." So let's find

and you think the best way to stop is to

how do you say that using the expression
